Lollywood Celebs Who Turned Down Bollywood Offers

Pakistani actors and actresses are not only known for their charm and wit instead they have been very much successful in casting a magical spell with their undoubtful acting abilities across the border.Everyone at some point waits for a life changing oppurtunity to knock on the door of their career,but keeping up with the Pakistani patriotism and intergity of the country some of our well known artists have turned down major offers given by the bollywood industry and made an ouright statement by clearly saying “NO” .

1-Mehwish Hayat

Our very own Mehwish Hayat aka Billi who has recently taken over the screen with her bold and impressive acting in the drama serial “Dil Lagi” and her film “Actor In Law” is doing a successful business at the box office,was once approached for a role in a bollywood movie called “Jut James Bond” opposite Jimmy Shergill.She turned down the role without giving much heed to the part she was offered in the movie.

2-Faysal Qureshi

Famous versatile actor and television host Faysal Qureshi is much known for his concrete opinion regarding praising and flourishing our own Pakistani talent within than country.Faysal really takes in consideration the sentiments of his fans and does not intend to take up any bollywood offers which would add a bad patch to his acting career.

3-Sanam Jung

The girl with a golden touch lived up to the expectation of her fans and mesmerized them with her phenominal acting skills and jovial personality.After her meteoric rise in her debut role in drama serial “Dil-e-Muztar” it did not came as a surprise that she too was offered a role in an indian film but like many she too rejected the offer.

4-Fatima Effendi

This might come as a surprise to her fans but YES Fatima was too offered a bollywood role by Anees Bazmee the famous mastermind behind movies like ‘Singh Is King” and ‘No Entry’.Fatima claimed being offered a role that might have been too bold for her to handle.

5-Fahad Mustafa

Heartthrob of the Pakistani drama and film fraternity Fahad Mustafa has been riding on the horse of success since the release of his lollywood block buster movie “Na Maloom Afraad”.He made a choice of not accepting the proposal of bollywood and chose to give priority to good work being offered in his own country.
