One of the major issue which has become debatable after the consequent surgical strike across the Line of Control by the Indian Army is the drift that has been created between actors of Pakistan and India.
With the ban imposed by IMPPA (Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association), a lot of Pakistani artists working in India are facing troubles too.A popular Indian TV actress SARAH KHAN is currently working in Pakistan shooting for her upcoming drama serial “Bekhudi” which was initially named ” Tujhse Hi Raabta” alongside Noor-Hassan,she is trying to comfort her parents back home by saying :
“My family is extremely concerned and I try to calm them down all the time. There’s nothing to worry about. In fact, my Pakistani colleagues go out of their way to make me feel safe. People here are warm and hospitable. I will be home on October 6″
While the Military Nursing Service (MNS) has issued strict warning to Karan Johar to remove Fawad Khan from “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil “and Mahira Khan from “Raees” if they want the films to be released in India, Saras view on the imposed ban is:
“I don’t support it. Art has to be above politics. Artistes believe in spreading love, peace and brotherhood. I want to emphasise that terrorism in any form, anywhere, needs to be condemned unequivocally. I hope India and Pakistan can bridge their differences and work towards peace and understanding.”
She further adds that it is disturbing to see so much tension between the two countries and Pakistani people are praying that the issues get sorted out soon.
