12 year old Jahangir Recorded His own song by Patari- A Voice you wont Believe

A year ago, a video of a young boy singing “Chitta Chola” and playing tabla on a table went viral on the social media. This video was recorded by a mobile camera and soon gained huge popularity. However, in little time everyone forgot about the talented boy until Patari came into the spotlight.

Jahangir belongs to Sukkur and is the son of a peon. Mr Rashid Miran has Jahangir admitted in a school where he would get both education and grooming. After the video of Chitta Chola went viral, he also recorded a few other bits and pieces that were appreciated by the people.

Patari is an organization that provides a platform to young talent in Pakistan. They bear all expenses and promote the hidden talent. Jahangir’s first song recorded with Patari was featured in their series “Tabeer”. The cover of the song, Chitta Chola has been remixed and performed with great excellence. The song was originally sung by Ahmed Nawaz Cheema.
